Newtonite Academy (Company, We, Our, Us) operates an online learning and digital training platform that provides educational courses, tutorial videos, recorded lectures, study materials, assessments, discussion spaces, and other digital products intended to improve the skills and industry readiness of students and learners (Users, You). By accessing or using any part of the Newtonite Academy platform, including the website, mobile pages, communication channels, or community groups (Platform), You agree that You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Platform and all educational content are designed solely for learning purposes, and while the Company aims to deliver high quality training, We do not guarantee job placements, employment opportunities, salary outcomes, or third party selections. You agree that no such guarantees form part of this agreement.
By using the Platform, You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, guidelines, and notices that govern its use. You further agree that You shall not misuse, copy, store, record, share, modify, translate, reproduce, distribute, license, resell, commercially exploit, mirror, or create derivative works of any videos, lectures, tutorials, notes, PDFs, assessments, dashboards, images, logos, brand elements, or any other academic or intellectual property made available by the Company. All such content is owned exclusively by Newtonite Academy and protected under the Copyright Act 1957, the Information Technology Act 2000, and all applicable international intellectual property laws. Any attempt to record or redistribute Platform content to third party platforms constitutes infringement and may result in immediate termination of Your account without refund and potential civil or criminal consequences.
You agree that all payments, subscriptions, purchases of digital courses, access passes, or any other services offered by Newtonite Academy are strictly non refundable, non transferable, and non exchangeable. Once digital access is granted, the service is considered fully delivered. Refunds may be considered only in very limited situations such as duplicate payments or prolonged access issues caused solely by the Company. User side technical issues, dissatisfaction with content, poor internet, or device related failures do not qualify for refunds.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, course, or service at any time without liability. You acknowledge and agree that the Company may collect and process certain Personal Information and Usage Data shared by You during registration, purchase, communication, or Platform interaction, including Your name, email, phone number, education details, device information, behavior analytics, and learning activity. This data is used for service delivery, academic improvement, fraud prevention, communication, and Platform optimization. By using the Platform, You consent to receive emails, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages, and platform notifications. You may opt out of promotional messages by contacting official@newtonite.in.
You agree to behave respectfully and lawfully in all Platform based interactions including live classes, chats, forums, and community groups. Any abusive, harmful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of Your account without refund. The Company may also terminate access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or attempts to misuse Platform systems. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
